Szymańska-Rapkiewicz
A graduate of the University of Warsaw – Faculty of Law and Administration and the Warsaw School of Economics – Finance and Banking.
EXPERIENCE
She has been advising entrepreneurs for over 15 years. She realized cooperation projects with partners and law firms as a part of the team or a project leader. She carried out several dozen large transactions in the field of shareholder buyouts and management buyouts “with a conflict in the background”. She organized legal and business processes for clients (implementation of compliance and corporate governance procedures). She advised on the creation of joint ventures of partners and external investors (preparation of investment agreements).
Actively creates recovery plans and share projects with creditors of entities threatened with insolvency, also representing them in bankruptcy proceedings. Thanks to her knowledge and experience, she has led clients through dozens of successfully completed restructuring processes.
On a daily basis, she negotiates and advises clients on matters related to intellectual property, including preparing and negotiating agreements for technological projects and e-commerce, as well as in all matters related to the current operations of entities related to new technologies (electronic payments, software, delivery of goods services by electronic means).

Zbieć-Zawadzka
A Warsaw University graduate – Faculty of Law and Administration in the field of law and Postgraduate Studies in Taxes and Tax Law.
EXPERIENCE
She specializes in tax services for enterprises, including companies from the telecommunications sector, she has participated in a number of restructuring projects related to organisational and tax optimisation as a member of the team, and also as a project leader.
16 years of professional experience gained in various legal teams of law firms and as an in-house lawyer gives her a broad view of the processes taking place in business.
She focuses her professional interests on broadly defined day-to-day services for companies, including transactional services, negotiating business contracts, drawing up legal opinions, preparing and giving opinions, drafts of commercial contracts, conducting legal and tax audits, court proceedings and proceedings before the National Court Register (establishment, liquidation of companies, transformations).
She combines her diverse experience, to guarantee customers a unique service and she is the missing link in communication between company management boards and accountants.
